Handout Issue
I would like to kindly ask for help in downloading the Module 1 handouts. Strangely, I can download about half of the material, but for the other half of the files the message “File not found Go to shop” appears. It doesn’t seems to be any problem with my browser since some files are being downloaded properly (I’m using Chrome).
I will appreciate your guidance.

Thank you so much for contacting us, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you are facing.
We went back to module 1 and revised the handouts, indeed some were missing their links, we have fixed them now, please let us know if you need any further help.

Thank you so much for your support! I was able to download the files now.
Another issue that I need help with is regarding the certificate of completion of module zero. I downloaded mine after finishing the course, however It came out with just my first name in lowercase letters and without the verification code.
I would like guidance on how to obtain a new certificate with the complete information.

I went back to your certificate and I noticed the issue you mentioned, I think because your username is eveline in small letters, anyway, I fixed your name now, please go back to the certificate, it should be showing your name and the code properly.
