I am not able to view the recorded videos in the handouts. Its mentioning that i need to update my chrome version, however it is up to date.

Are you trying on a desktop, laptop, tablet or phone?
Also could you please share a screenshot of the issue?

Hi Ramy,
We have tried accessing the lectures using an iPad through Safari, and they were working fine.
Please try across different devices, and different browsers, if we are not able to replicate the issue on our side, we won’t be able to fix it on yours.Please let us know, how did it go.
