PEBC Payments
Hi, i am an Egyptian pharmacist willing to be certified by PEBC
Whenever i pay for document evaluation the website sent me this msg:
“Payment error !
We were not able to process your card info. Please make sure the provided card info is valid or try add another card.”
I used 3 different cards debit and credit.
What can i do ?!

Hi Mina,
Thank you so much for writing to us here on PEBC Document Evaluation forum.
First of all, make sure that the card can operate internationally, as some bank cards are used only locally.
2) Make sure that you have more than enough balance in Canadian dollars.
3) Make sure to put the details exactly as it says on the card, including the address and the postal code.
4) Call your bank and ask them.
5) Contact the PEBC, they might be able to help you further.
